All suncatchers are made from Baltic Birch plywood and traditional stained glass. (Yes, real glass) Our plant holders are made from Baltic Birch plywood as well.
We can do most suncatchers in any of the glass colors we offer throughout the line.
If you want a particular design in a color that another design is offered in, just put that color in the "notes to seller" section upon checkout or fill out our Custom Suncatcher form. There is normally no extra charge and it only will add a day or two onto the production time.
We do take on custom designs depending on our production schedule and time of year.
Doing a custom size to fit your space with one of our current designs is normally a quick project.
Custom images take longer and have different fees associated with each project.

Hanging Your Suncatcher
Although we seal the wood of the suncatchers with a clear lacquer, they are not intended or suitable to be hung outdoors. The harsh conditions of being outdoors will cause the wood to de-laminate.
Our suncatchers are intended to be hung in any window that gets some sun.
They are also lovely hanging on a wall or any space you want to add a spot of color to.
We recommend hanging them from a cup hook that is screwed into the window frame or an “s” hook that hangs from a curtain rod.
A suction cup at least 1.5” in diameter may work, but use at your own risk. Make sure that the surface is clean & dry before attaching.
We DO NOT advise using suction cups for the “Grand” size suncatchers or larger.
Orders + Shipping
Normally an order will take approximately 1-2 business days to ship. Because we offer so many different glass colors, we need time to do the final glass assembly on the specific combination you ordered.
During busy times, (like holiday shopping season), it may take upwards of 3-5 business days. If any special changes have been requested, i.e. different color of glass, inscription, etc. please expect an additional 2 business days to complete your order.

We currently ship either USPS (First Class Parcel or Priority Mail) or UPS.
We ship from Portland, Oregon, so please take your location & how quickly you need your order into consideration when deciding how to have us ship this to you.

We can drop ship to your intended recipient- just fill in their name & address in the "ship to" profile.
Our normal packing slip never includes pricing, but we can leave this out if you would like – just let us know.
We are happy to add a special note or message from you inside the package (free of charge). Just type this out in the “special note to seller” box at checkout.
Due to the nature of small business, it is not fiscally possible for us to accept cash back returns. We do however want you and/or your gift recipient to be happy with your purchase, so we do accept exchanges. For more information, see our refund policy.
