Shipping policy

Ten2Midnight handcrafts products to order. This means that although we try to stock most of our designs at all times, it may not be readily available to your specifications (i.e. color) or it may be in the process of being completed.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your item for shipping. 

Our standard shipping for 1-2 items is USPS First Class Parcel or Priority Mail (which you can specify).

Orders of 3 items or more are normally sent via UPS. 

If you have a specific carrier you would like us to use, please let us know in the "special notes to seller" box at checkout.

Tracking information is sent once the order has been packaged and shipping label created.
