Refund policy

Each Ten2Midnight piece is handcrafted specifically for your order, and as such, our return policy is designed to guarantee your satisfaction while helping to accommodate the cost of design.

* All products are covered by our 30-day warranty - if the product is determined to have a manufacturers defect within 30 days from date of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost to you.

*Due to the nature of small business, it is not fiscally possible for us to accept cash back returns. We do however want you and/or your gift recipient to be happy with your purchase, so we do accept exchanges.

* Exchanges are issued for "store" credit minus the cost of shipping, and will never expire.

* Exchanges will be accepted within 3 weeks of date on the invoice. The item must be returned in original condition (unused with tags, etc) for proper credit.

* Please email liane@ten2midnightstudios.com for a return authorization number. Products sent back to us without a return authorization may be delayed or refused.

* Custom orders are non-refundable and will not be accepted for return. We are unable to accept returns for items bought in any retail stores or on other retail websites.

* Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
