We do not impose a minimum order quantity for custom wedding favors, allowing you to purchase as few as one piece. However, a "design fee" applies to all custom & personalized favors, regardless of the size of the order. Quantity discounts are available for bulk purchases.

Each piece of glass we source is unique and has variations in color and texture. Although we will try our best to provide you glass colors to match your palette, we cannot provide exact matches. We can send you small sample pieces for your approval if needed.

Custom refers to design elements that go beyond standard online ordering. This includes etching names or dates, altering an existing product design, or creating a brand-new design specifically for you. Please note: Choosing a glass color from our stocked inventory is complimentary and is not considered a custom charge.

Yes, all custom gifting solutions are charged a Design Fee, which covers the computer time needed to apply your design or custom text to your product. This fee starts at $50/hr with a minimum of 0.5/hour per project. Estimates on time will be given upon response to your inquiry.

We are working on expanding our packaging for favors, but currently we do not offer specialized gift wrapping. Please include your interest in packaging options when you submit your inquiry form and we can discuss any ideas you may have.

Depending on quantity and design customizations, we require at least 3-6 weeks for prototype, approval & production of your custom wedding pieces. Please note this estimate depends on quantity, time of year, our current production levels, and show schedule.

For most projects using existing designs it is a matter of 2-3 weeks. For something completely new, it can take well over a month.

As a rule - I don't take on NEW CUSTOM orders from Oct thru Dec. We are too busy with holiday orders & shows to give your projects the time, care & attention they need.

That said - you can order existing designs with short etchings (20 characters max) and that will take an additional 1-3 weeks depending on quantities.

Absolutely. This will be charged at the full price of the item with the additional Design Fee.

Yes. I will do a practice etch on a piece of wood and send you a PHOTO for approval of spelling, spacing & font.
